In April of 1996, I surrendered to the call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. I have not envision myself as a pastor, but rather as an evangelist of sorts. My hope for a time was to someday be involved in a ministry whereby I would be preaching at various churches as often as I may receive invitations. However, after receiving some wise counsel from the chaplain here at WBC, Dewey Bertolini, I have decided to focus more on writing for the LORD than on preaching, even though I have been licensed by my home church to preach and would still enjoy the opportunity to do that from time to time.
Because I do not feel led into full-time ministry, I am preparing for a career in computer science. If you are interested in computer science, let me invite you to visit the website of the Western Baptist Computer Science Department, which is headed up by Edwin Armstrong.
